Oyster Festival 2023 Recap

Last weekend marked the 40th annual Oyster Festival in Oyster Bay!

The weather could not dampen the enthusiasm for OysterFest 2023. After a rainy Saturday, the beautiful weather on Sunday brought thousands of people to the Western Waterfront. As a result, it was a successful weekend for The WaterFront Center connecting the community to the water with our massive touch-tank, our Oyster Sloop CHRISTEEN and the newest member to our fleet, the Ida May!

Thank you to everyone who came out and met the sea creatures, signed up for our raffle, sailed on CHRISTEEN, or stopped by our tent!
