Marine and environmental research as well as community service opportunities for students.
The WaterFront Center helps facilitate marine and environmental research as well as community service opportunities for students. We can offer guidance, as well as use of our facilities and equipment. Community service opportunities include weekend events such as National Estuaries Day, The Oyster Festival and Bay Day. Students receive pre-teaching materials and training to prepare them to help participants explore an estuary and a touch-tank with live local marine organisms.
